Vice President of Nigeria, Kashim Shettima has said that President Bola Tinubu’s economic reforms of the past one year “saved the life of the nation”.

Shettima described them as necessary given the poor state of Nigeria when he assumed office on May 29, 2023.

He made this known when he appeared as the guest speaker at the Second Chronicle Roundtable in Abuja.

The vice president expressed confidence that the measures taken so far will soon yield the desired results for the nation.
