Former US President Donald Trump has said his Florida home was raided by the FBI(Federal Bureau of Investigation), and that agents broke open a safe.

The search, which occurred on Monday night, is reportedly connected to an investigation into Trump’s handling of official papers.

Trump released a statement saying nothing like this has ever happened to a president of the United States before.

However, neither the FBI nor the justice departments have commented on the reported search.
