Nigeria’s Falconets have arrived in Katowice in preparation for their final phase ahead of their opening fixture at the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Poland.

The Nigeria U-20 women’s national team departed their training base in Trzebnica on Thursday, where they will continue preparations for Monday’s Group F encounter against Spain.

Nigeria also completed its pre-tournament preparations unbeaten, securing a 1-0 victory over hosts Poland before drawing 1-1 with Korea Republic in their final warm-up game.

Nigeria are drawn in Group F alongside Spain, China PR and New Caledonia.
