The Enugu State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal has reserved judgment on the petitions challenging the election of Governor Peter Mbah of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP.

The leader of the panel, Justice K.M Akano, reserved judgment to a date to be communicated to the parties, after the parties involved adopted their written addresses.

Recall that the candidate of the Labour Party, Chijioke Edeoga, is challenging the declaration by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, that Mbah of the PDP, won the March 18 governorship poll.
