The President of Egypt, Abdel Fattah El-sisi has agreed to open up a crossing to allow up to 20 trucks of aid into Gaza following the blast that killed over 400 persons at a Baptist hospital.
US President, Joe Biden also said that the aid shipment could start arriving from Friday, 20th Oct 2023.
Recall that Israel has said it will not prevent aid deliveries as long as supplies do not reach Hamas militants.
