The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Adewale Adeniyi, has disclosed that 70 per cent of the service’s revenue comes from Lagos State as he announced that the Lagos State Government is planning new collaborations to enhance the economic growth and prosperity of the entire country.

 

He said this on Thursday in Lagos during the CGC 2023 Conference with the theme ‘Leveraging Data Analytics for Secure and Efficient Trade Facilitation in Customs operations.’

 

According to Adeniyi, Lagos houses 40 per cent of the Customs commands in the country.
