The Publicity Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Ebonyi State, Chika Nwoba, has debunked the rumor that he has been bribed to join the All Progressive Congress, APC, in that State.

Nwoba made this known on his official social media handle, saying he honored the Ebonyi State Governor Francis Nwifuru’s invitation to discuss the poor condition of Ebonyi children and parents outside the State.

He urged the governor to collaborate with Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo to announce a ban on hawking in Anambra which will help in returning Ebonyi children to the State, among other issues.

Futhermore,He says that he will continue to criticize Nwifuru’s administration anytime the need arises, saying Nwifuru needs time because Umahi left behind a bad economic legacy in that State.

Our Correspondent in Ebonyi State, Emmanuel Nnaji, reports that Nwoba says that the PDP in Ebonyi State is still in court with Nwifuru over his election victory and he is hopeful that they will be victorious at the end of the legal case at the Supreme Court.
