Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Chelsea have commenced their move to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli.

Romano also said that, Chelsea also known as the Blues have spoken to oshimen’s agent about the possibility of moving to West London.

Chelsea are said to be one of the top European sides interested in signing Oshimen this summer.

However Chelsea coached by Mauricio Pochettino faces opposition from French Ligue 1 side PSG.
