Victor Boniface says Bundesliga club, Bayer Leverkusen is the perfect club for his development.

The 22-year-old linked up with Xabi Alonso’s side from Belgian Pro League outfit Union St. Gilloise this summer.

Boniface was joint-top scorer in the UEFA Europa League last season with six goals.

The Nigeria international has registered 10 goals and six assist across all competitions for Bayer Leverkusen.

The striker believes joining Die Werkself was the correct decision for him.
