The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has accused the Supreme Court of obstructing justice for its leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

Recall that the Justices of Abuja Appeal Court on October 13, 2022, unanimously discharged and acquitted Kanu of all charges brought against him by the Federal Government.

The same Court barred the Nigerian government from prosecuting the IPOB leader in any Nigerian Court.

Similarly, Umuahia High Court ordered the Federal Government of Nigeria to return Kanu to Kenya, where he was abducted, tortured, and extraordinarily renditioned to Nigeria.
