The details of the All Progressives Congress (APC) National
Working Committee (NWC) meeting have emerged.

Recall that members of the APC NWC met on Monday at the
party’s National Secretariat in Abuja days before its presidential primaries
scheduled for May 29 and 30.

The meeting was chaired by the National Chairman of the
party, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, and attended by all members of the committee.

It was learned that the meeting was convened to review the
preparation for the party’s primaries and finalise arrangements for the success
of the event.

At the end of the meeting, the APC NWC failed to announce a
new date for the screening of its presidential aspirants.

It was, however, gathered that the committee had adjusted
the timetable and schedule of activities for the primaries.

Also, a report emerged on Monday that the party would screen
its presidential aspirants today (Tuesday).
