The National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Ajibola Basiru, has given N200,000 each as business grants, to about 332 members drawn from wards across Osun State

The beneficiaries were presented with the money at a programme held in Osogbo, Osun State, and attended by APC leaders, including its governorship candidate, Bola Oyebamiji.

Basiru explained that the initiative was executed through his political organisation, the Alubarika Movement, with the intention of ensuring victory for the party in the upcoming governorship elections.

He urged the beneficiaries to use the money to support whatever trade or business they were engaged in, while Oyebamiji said more programmes of such nature would be executed by the Osun APC to motivate its members.
