Ex-commissioner for Finance in Ondo State, Wale Akinterinwa, has decried the alleged return of thuggery to the political space in that state.

Akinterinwa, a governorship aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), alleged that the hoodlums attacked citizens, who came to welcome President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to the state.

Akinterinwa, alleges that the thugs were sponsored by Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa.

However,Chief Press Secretary to Governor Aiyedatiwa, Ebenezer Adeniyan, has said nobody associated with the governor will destroy billboards or attack innocent citizens.
