Adeleke’s Campaign Council Denies Political Deal with Tinubu
The Imole Campaign Council, which is the election campaign of Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has denied any political agreement behind the governor’s support for President Bola Tinubu’s 2027 re-election bid.

The council spoke in reaction to a statement from the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, who while congratulating Adeleke on his election victory, insinuated that there had been an agreement between Adeleke and President Tinubu.

The Imole Campaign Council spokesperson, Pelumi Olajengbesi, said Adeleke’s appreciation and support for Tinubu was only based on the President’s performance and reforms, and not on a pre-arranged political deal.

Olajengbesi also said Adeleke’s victory was a product of the voters’ decision and insisting that Tinubu only ensured that the democratic process was respected.
