Abia State Government says it is committed to making workers in the State happy through special packages.

The Commissioner for Information and Culture Okey Kanu said this while briefing the press at the Government House, Umuahia on Tuesday.

Kanu says the government will also design a plan to clear the leave allowances owed to workers in the state over time.

Furthermore Kanu reiterated the importance of the newly signed “Greater Aba Development Authority” (GADA) saying it is aimed at rebuilding Aba.
