Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has approved the constitution of A Security Advisory Council and Security Trust Fund in that State.

The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Kazie Uko made this known to newsmen this Friday

Uko says Governor Otti has appointed Lt. Gen. Azubuike Ihejirika, as the security advisory council Chairman, Uche Okoronkwo, as the Vice Chairman, and retired Navy Cmdr Macdonald Ubah as the Secretary, alongside 4 other members.

Otti also appointed Stanley Obiamarije as the Chairman of the security trust fund. Other members of the security trust fund include Owelle Okafor, Ngozi Ekeoma, Johnson Chukwu, and three others.

Their appointments take immediate effect.
