Anambra Police Identify Owner of Vehicle Recovered from Successful Operation

The Anambra State Police Command has provided more updates on the successful operation that resulted in the neutralisation of four suspected armed secessionist gang members and the recovery of a cache of weapons and ammunition along the Ogboji–Ajalli Road, Orumba South Local Government Area.
The Anambra Police Spokesman Tochukwu Ikenga, says the Police have identified and established contact with the owner of the recovered white Toyota Sienna vehicle, which had earlier been reported stolen by the armed gang.
He said the victim has since been debriefed, providing valuable information on the modus operandi of the criminal elements and the circumstances surrounding the theft of the vehicle.
He said the insights gathered from the victim are currently assisting the Command in reviewing and strengthening its operational strategies, personnel deployment, and security positioning within the area and adjoining communities, which is aimed at proactively disrupting any further criminal plans and enhancing public safety.
