The governor of Anambra state, Chukwuma Soludo, has approved the appointment of Chiamaka Nnake as the new Secretary to the State Government.
Nnake becomes the first woman to occupy that position in the state.
She hails from Nawfia in Njikoka Local Government Area of the state and is a finance and public sector professional with more than 13 years of experience in finance, strategy development and economic planning.
The appointment was announced on Monday by the Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime.
