The Super Falcons of Nigeria will open camp to begin preparations for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations,WAFCON, on Tuesday, 24 February, 2026.
The head coach of the side, Justin Madugu, said to newsmen that camping can only begin during the approved FIFA window to ensure that majority of the players who will be reporting for the tournament play in leagues outside Nigeria and camp cannot resume with less than 10 players
The Super Falcons will begin their title defence against debutants Malawi on Wednesday, 18 March before taking on their other two group C opponents, Zambia, and Egypt.
