Nottingham Forest manager Sean dyche has praised Taiwo Awoniyi for his contribution in the club’s 3–1 Premier League victory over Leeds United at the City Ground on Sunday.
Awoniyi, who came on as a 59th-minute substitute for Igor Jesus, made an immediate impact to help Forest secure their first home win since Dyche took charge.
Since Dyche’s arrival awoniyi has gradually regained form and confidence, featuring in three league matches and accumulating 88 minutes of playtime.
Speaking after the match, Dyche commended awoniyi’s attitude and performance, saying that the player had previously struggled to find his footing at the club.
