Nigeria’s Minister of Labour and Employment, Mohammed Maigari, has said the Dangote Group will redeploy staff earlier disengaged from its refinery operations, following the resolution of its dispute with the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria, PENGASSAN.
Maigari said this to newsmen this Wednesday in Abuja, while noting that the redeployed staff will not suffer any loss of pay due to the redeployment.
He further said that both sides had reached a compromise, after PENGASSAN agreed to start the process of calling off the strike and both parties agreed in good faith.
