Abia Comets FC has named former Bayelsa United coach, Diepreye Teibowei, as the club’s new Technical Adviser.
Also joining the technical crew is the former head coach of 1472 FC, Monday Eguavoen, who will take over as Chief Coach.
He replaces Okechukwu Ejeh, whose contract expired at the end of the 2024/25 Nigeria National League (NNL) season.
Teibowei, who led Bayelsa United to a Federation Cup triumph in 2021, has pledged to rebuild the team and boost their chances of qualifying for the NNL Super Eight playoffs.
