UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer has said Russian President Vladimir Putin will breach a peace deal with Ukraine if it is not defended.
Starmer said this to newsmen after attending a meeting of senior military leaders in London.
Keir says that security arrangements will make it clear to Russia that there will be “severe consequences if they are to breach any deal”.
He says that the UK and its allies are moving from “political momentum” to “military planning.
Keir ruled out redeploying UK troops from countries such as Estonia to commit to Kyiv, saying: that” there’s no pulling back from their commitments to other countries.
